You may have an account manager from the agency office located a couple blocks away, but they usually have other company projects on hand. They won't be able to meet with you face-to-face unless you have a giant project or it's time for signing an annual contract. They charge you 8 hours...but who knows if they will really work 8 hours? This is how we separate ourselves from other agencies. We will work onsite and work with you, side by side. You won't talk to a machine or send emails back and forth.
